Technically speaking, no. Let me explain. A draconian nationwide regulation dictates that if someone in A state wants therapy with a "therapist" licensed in B state, that therapist must gain a license in A state. To offer nationwide service, I'd have to earn 49 more licenses. That ain't gonna happen. Instead, I offer nationwide service as a "consultant" because no states require consultant licensure. Clients still receive outstanding care, expertise, and confidentiality no matter the nuanced title.
Meetings are a forum for you to be yourself and discuss anything you'd like in a judgement-free zone. You can share your UAP experience, learn more about UAPs and forthcoming disclosure, learn skills to reduce anxiety, design a life centered on your personal values, and just plain vent. You can discuss anything. Your relationships, fears, disappointments, aspirations, desires, frustrations, and victories. As I like to say, "If you bring it up during a meeting, that means it's important."
I meet with clients Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Each meeting starts at the top of the hour and lasts an hour. Meetings are held via Zoom video calls.
Reach out to me via the Contact page to let me know your interest.
While traditional therapy requires clients and therapists to complete intakes, treatment plans, assessments with diagnoses, progress notes, releases of information, insurance submissions, and consents to treatment, Outcome Counseling requires no paperwork. Zero, nada, zilch.
Each meeting is $50. Payments are due at the end of each meeting via PayPal or Venmo. By comparison, the average fifty-minute therapy session in the U.S. now costs $150, while the average sixty-minute life coaching session costs $165. I keep operational costs low so fees remain low.
