The Outcome Counseling UAP Confidence Index offers a working classification of what is known of UAPs from a U.S. perspective. The index is built upon cross-examination of hundreds of interviews, books, papers, imagery, and accounts and boiled down to three categories: Certainly, Probably, Maybe.
