When it comes to the unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) matter, people are confused, frustrated, and anxious. Due to stigma, they can't find a trustworthy person to talk to.

I'm here to change that.

Hi. I'm Erik Schlimmer, head honcho of Outcome Counseling and a man on a mission – to help people navigate a UAP reality and have organizations improve their understanding and messaging. I possess a Master's in Social Work with a Clinical Concentration, a Bachelor's in Speech Communication with a Public Speaking Concentration, and an Associate's in Wilderness Leadership and am a Colorado Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I'm also an Empathia Black Swan Event Responder, American Red Cross Mental Health Responder, Gottman Couples Therapist, NAMI Peer Support Specialist, and National Association of Social Workers Clinical Supervisor. I'm an approved provider through Mutual UFO Network, Organization for Paranormal Understanding and Support, and UAP Medical Coalition. My familiarity with military culture and client operational security stems from serving as an 82nd Airborne Division infantryman. 

My interest in UAPs began in 2000 when I attended a presentation by researcher and nuclear physicist Stanton Friedman. After watching Friedman wield eloquence and evidence for two hours, I thought, There's gotta be something to this. I became a subject matter expert who has appeared on Down the UFO Rabbit Hole, Night Shift, The Amazing People Podcast, The Official MUFON Podcast, UAP Medical Coalition Podcast, UAP Studies Podcast, and UFO Garage. Through my own show, UAP Therapist Podcast, I hosted guests ranging from intelligence officers to imagery experts. I've had two UAP encounters myself.

When clients noticed my bookshelf full of UAP publications, they spontaneously shared their own stories. Like the client who was chased by a white orb as he drove at breakneck speed. And the client who watched a black triangle slowly pass over him as he camped in his backyard. And the client who recorded five silver orbs in broad daylight. And the client who saw an orb whiz by his house and then felt an invasive presence. And the client who had a silver disk hover thirty feet above him. When I didn't laugh at their accounts, they felt believed and relieved. Thus Outcome Counseling was born.
